A simple step-by-step approach
When you hire Dinnissen Design Co., you hire a team who is dedicated to your project.
We understand the financial and emotional impact a renovation can have on your life. Let us help you make the right decisions.
STEP ONE
Free in-home consultation to discuss initial kitchen and/or bath design and budget; (this extends to any space requiring millwork); budgetary estimate provided.
STEP TWO
We’ve been selected to work on your project, the creative process begins with an initial deposit. All projects are different and as a result, all fees/deposits are customized to each project.
STEP THREE
Once a design is complete, the drawings are provided to our contractor. Our contractor will provide a quote to complete the labour as per the design. We highly recommend that a site visit be completed at this time.
(We recommend using our preferred contractors; however, it is not required.)
STEP FOUR
Once both quotes have been reviewed and approved by the homeowner a project agreement will be initiated.
STEP FIVE
Our designers, working with you, will confirm the material specified in the initial design. We’ll discuss cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, decorative lighting, plumbing fixtures & paint selections. Once material has been confirmed we’ll order all materials needed for the project.
STEP SIX
The work begins! We will Project Manage the project with our contractor. We are with you every step of the way. Never leaving you to make decisions on your own.
